 Having sleepless nights is not an uncommon phenomenon among adults in today's world, and stress is often found to be blamed for it. But fret not, there's a solution. Drinking tart cherry juice hours before you hit the hay may help one fall asleep faster and even improves the quality and duration of sleep, as well as reduce the severity of insomnia.

Cherries are naturally high in melatonin, a hormone that induces sleep.
utritionist "Having about 10-15 cherries before going to bed helps build melatonin, a natural chemical secreted at night in blood. Cherries are safe for people suffering from diabetes . These are low in calories and high in antioxidants, thus increasing immunity. Cherries can also help prevent cancer cells from multiplying, and are best eaten between May and July," says nutritionist Naini Setalvad.
